Our Guarantee to you:
We are so confident with the quality of our furniture that if you are not satisfied with the purchase you made within 30 days, you may return it for replacement, credit or a refund of the merchandise total. However cushions and freight charges are not refundable. Freight charges for returned are not refundable.
Damaged Merchandise:
You are responsible for the inspection of the merchandise once it arrives at the destination. Damages arising from the freight company are the responsibility of the freight company and the customer. The Customer is responsible to show proof to Rattan and Wicker Trading in the form of a picture so that we can send out a replacement immediately. Without a picture or proof that the merchandise is damaged, no further action can be taken. The damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving.
Returning or Canceling:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase it must be returned within 30 days. You will need authorization. The merchandise must be returned in the original carton or a similar carton that you may provide. All pieces returned are to be shipped prepaid. Attached the return authorization and return form to the packing list and enclose in the carton. Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal or return for reasons other than damage, defect, or mis-shipment will result in a 10% restocking fee. We will refund all payments made to Rattan and Wicker, Trading once the goods are returned in satisfactory condition.
If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a refund check. If your paid with a credit card, product charges will be credited to your account. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We not accept returns COD.
Ordering Online
Anything you see on our website with a price and item number can be ordered on line. First click on the item you are interested in and you will get larger photo. At the bottom there will be a link to full details including weight, color, size and price. To purchase the item simply add it to yiur shopping cart. When you are ready to check out click the checkout button. You will then be taken to a registration form. Simply follow the instructions on the order form. You will give us your name, your billing address, your shipping address and your credit card information.
Payment:
When ordering on-line you must pay by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We will not charge your account until we ship your order. For information about credit card security please click here.
PRICING AND DELIVERY CHARGES FOR OUR ON-LINE STORE.
The prices shown are the already discounted prices. The items that can be shipped via UPS, will state the shipping and handling charges separately, by the item. When items are too large to send by Fed Ex ground they must be shipped via common carrier. Please look for freight charts throughout our website. Freight chart rates are good for most locations in the 48 States.
Back Orders:
We will contact you if there is to be any extended delay in shipping your order. If we are unable to deliver part of your order you will be notified of the status of the remaining items on your order. On credit card orders you will be billed only for items that are shipped.
Natural Product:
All wicker and rattan have slight variations in the way they accept finishing materials. Each piece has its own character and no two pieces will finish exactly the same. Being a handmade natural product, splits and slight variations in the wicker are natural characteristics that add to the beauty of each piece.
Color and Finishes:
We do not guarantee that color or finishes on each piece will match one another from shipment to shipment due to the natural material.

Descriptive, typographical, or photographic errors are subject to corrections. The product color and finishes as shown in this online store may vary due to the photo and scanning process and differences in color monitors. We make every effort to represent all items accurately. represented.
SALES TAX, USE TAX AND OTHER LOCAL TAXES:
For FL Shipments add 6.5% Sales Tax. For shipments outside FL, the buyer is subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the state in which they live and are solely responsible for paying any taxes imposed by that state.
Shipper Coordination:
Once the furniture is shipped we provide you the details for your shipper and you will be able to communicate directly with them. If you have problems with the shipper please let us know and we will try to assist you. Delivery schedules and other issues are outside of our direct control and canceling an order for a refund due to a shipping problem or delay is not under our control and therefore not an option.
If an item is damaged in shipping we replace or repair it without question or delay. The damage must be documented if possible on the bill of lading while the shipper is still at your home. We will ship out a new item if completely damaged or have a local repair company repair the item if there is relatively minor damage. There could be delays while the repairs are being completed or a replacement is being built or shipped. These situations although infrequent cannot be used as reasons to cancel or refund an order.
